Jana Odou is SWYC's year round, full-time Junior Program Director. She has worked in sailing and outdoor recreation for over twenty seven years, twenty four of those at SWYC. Ms. Odou recieved her degree from SDSU in Recreation Management and Administration. The instructional staff work under Ms. Odou's supervision and have all been carefully selected for their appropriate background in sailing skill, knowledge, and teaching experience. All staff members are aquatic specialists and hold current First Aid, CPR, and Sailing Instructor Certifications.
